并对通信行业节能减排的措施和管理进行了论述

说明了通过实施节能减排措施

完善管理体系

可以有效地推进节能减排工作。

Abstract

In this paper

the idea of energy conservation and emission reduction in communication industry is analyzed.Then

the measures and management of energy conservation and emission reduction in communications industry are discussed

which gives us an illustration that the energy saving and emission reduction can be effectively realized by implementing energy conservation measures as well as improving management system.
