摘要

由于TD-SCDMA网络还处于初级阶段

在网络中难免会存在一定的弱覆盖和覆盖空洞。为了提高客户的感知度和运营商的品牌效应

使那些处于小区覆盖边缘和3G信号较差的用户不产生掉话而更好的切换至信号覆盖较好的GSM小区

2G/3G互操作起了一个很好的桥梁作用。本文通过对2/3G互操作优化的研究

引出了3A事件的附加测量参数

通过案例分析的手段

对该参数进行了深入的探讨和研究

并依据移动集团公司的优化思路

进行了参数设置方面的建议。

Abstract

As TD-SCDMA network is still in its initial stage

there are some inevitable outcomes such as weak coverage and coverage leak existing.Therefore

in order to improve customer perception and brand effect

so that those who in the edge of cell coverage and poor 3G signal areas do not have dropped calls and switch more smoothly to a better GSM coverage area

2G/3G interoperability has played a very great role as a bridge.Through this article

based on the optimization studies of 2G/3G interoperability

additional measurement parameters of 3 A event have been lead to

moreover

by means of case studies

in-depth study and research have been accomplished to the parameters

as well as suggestions made for parameters setting according to optimizing ideas of the mobile group.
