Abstract

Electronic channel is developing fast due to the evolution of internet and communication technologies.Telecommunication operators actively construct electronic channel to meet customer’s requirements.Electronic channel is efficient

convenient

economical

multi-expressional

which makes it attract all telecommunication operators.This paper introduces the characteristic and development history of electronic channel

analyzes its advantages

and offers the construction strategy finally.
