本文结合网络建设经验

建立了一套简单易行的农村移动基站投资效益评估体系

并进行了应用分析

为移动网络的工程建设管理提供一种借鉴。

In the paper

combining the experience during construction

one simple and practicable estimation system about the investment and benefit of base station in countryside is established

and the application of this system is analyzed.It provides reference for the construction management in mobile network.
