摘要

北向接口作为NMS与EMS之间的纽带

其标准化工作越来越引起各电信运营商的重视。TMF是一个专注于通信行业OSS全球性组织

其提出的MTNM和MTOSI接口规范

对北向接口的建设有着重大的指导意义。本文使用对比的方式对MTNM和MTOSI进行了分析

指出了应用领域及各自的优缺点。

Abstract

As link between NMS and EMS

standardization work of northbound interface is becoming more important to telecom operators.TMF is a global organization who focuses on communication industry OSS

and the interface specification of MTNM and MTOSI proposed by TMF can guide the construction of the northbound interface greatly.This paper analyzes MTNM and MTOSI using contrast method

and points out that the application field and their respective advantages and disadvantages.
