并将其与信令风暴的辨证关系进行了详细的说明。

Abstract

This article has introduced signaling storm in detail which includes the root cause of signaling storm and UE behavior analysis in current network.Analyzing from congested

non-busy and idle cells service

combining with PS always-on-line technology implementation

which generally shows the detailed and dialectical relationship with signaling storm.
