the principle of water-flowing technique has been introduced and the advantages of this application has been analyzed. The high pressure water acted on the surface of cable which made by water compressor and the mechanical force from blowing machine drag the cable towards. Meanwhile

the frictional resistance of pipeline can be reduced by the flowing water. The water-flowing technique need a stable and energetic water resource

then it could provide a high efficiency construction speed with low cost

high pipeline utilization and easy replacement features. In domestic

there already have some successful applied cases with water-flowing technique. Also in some pipeline in complex conditions

this technique could be used for long distance installation.
