高速公网优化面临频率不专一、覆盖需求受限、邻区配置杂乱等诸多问题
为提升高速公网干线测试指标
本文主要在3个方面对公网覆盖小区展开调整:高速主服小区覆盖调整、高速主服小区话音质量提升、高速主服小区邻区优化
由面及点
由整体至局部
辅助重选、切换参数调整
最终使目标高速覆盖更完善
频率配置更合理
通话质量更优。各邻区设置准确
确立正常的重选、切换序列
从而整体提升干线全程成功率、通信质量。

the optimization operation is mainly in three aspects
high speed service coverage adjustment
high speed service community voice quality improvement
high-speed main service cell neighbor optimization
by the surface and points

switching parameter adjustment
the goal of high-speed coverage is more perfect
frequency allocation more reasonable
better call quality. The neighbor set accurate
