slow data exchange and non-satisfactory customer feedbacks. The TDSCDMA system mainly depends on the data resource
thus the lack of data resource proves to be the major cause of the high network load. There are two methods commonly applied to solve the wireless side high load: algorithm optimization and hardware expansion. This article focuses on one residential area with the TD-SCDMA network high load by applying the algorithm optimization
thus enhancing the network capacity and lowering the network load by network optimization.
