Abstract
Compared to voice services
the network optimization of data services is more complex. For data service
it is not enough to get a comprehensive analysis of the status and the factors for service quality using network statistics and daily driver tests. Therefore
other tools like signaling analysis systems should be used to improve the ability for analyzing and optimizing mobile networks. An analysis method is introduced
which can help restoring low-speed problems on data services from users’ online behavior. It is achieved through the association analysis of Gb signaling data and radio network data. Based on this method
the solution for low-speed problem may be developed. Then the service speed and user satisfaction can be improved.
