Firstly

the paper provides FTTH access model and TD-LTE access model launched in rural areas. The big village model and the small village model are abstracted out according to the complexity of rural. The investment models of FTTH access and TD-LTE access are presented by considering the cost factor of specifi c details launched in rural areas. Single user investments under two investment models are compared respectively between big village model and small village model. The results show that investment of FTTH access model is less than TD-LTE in big village

while investment of TD-LTE access model is less than FTTH in small village in a densely populated.
