The main function of TD-SCDMA network is to load the data
and one of main point of optimization is to ensure users rate through adjusting the relationship between capability
coverage and quality of the network to let them balance. The paper researches the principles and steps of optimization about BLER. Generally speaking
optimization process includes several steps as follow. First
we need set the quality index and performance index of BLER and then define the download rate. Then
through collecting the performance data of network by NMS and drive test device to consider comprehensively power control and CQI algorithm for setting the detail steps of optimization
then we could adjust parameter and formulate the overall quality solutions. The paper mixes the wireless environment quality of existed network and analysis of network capability and load to collocate relative parameter effectively through researching the CQI correcting algorithm and power control algorithm of TD-SCDMA. Finally
it realizes the best fit of algorithm mechanism and existed network condition so that the block error rate of HSDPA LLC could be improved.
