this paper analyzes the advantage and urgency of the 700 MHz band TD-LTE network construction in rural areas

and the frequency planning scheme of 700 MHz band. Then

researches on end to end network scheme for wireless broadband networks

and the planning and construction scheme of 700 MHz band TD-LTE as wireless backhaul network. Last

provides recommendations for rural broadband network business development. The research results show rural broadband network construction scheme based on 700 MHz band TD-LTE has good economic and social benefi ts.
