摘要

同城化是区域经济发展的客观要求和必然产物

而通信同城化则是同城化的重要内容

其改造不仅涉及各大运营商的通信网络

同时还涉及数量众多的短号码平台。本文通过分析同号短号码平台设置现状、通信同城化对同号短号码平台的影响

在此基础上提出了通信同城化过程中同号短号码平台改造的技术方案

最后提出相关的改造实施策略。

Abstract

The idea of urban integration is not only the objective requirement of the regional economic development

but also the necessary result of this development. Communication integration is one important part of urban integration. Communication integration not only requires adjusting operators’ networks

but also requires reconstructing a series of short number platforms. In such background

this article makes a study on the reconstruction of short number platforms in the process of communication integration.
