it’s urgent to cut short the interval for early warning GPRS failure. By deploying GB interface signaling platform

it’s feasible to collect statistics of abnormal data traffi c. And the interval for collecting statistics is dynamic and adjustable. In this way the capacity for network maintaining would be improved.
