The flooding of the fake basestation in recent years is one of the most important cause of the fact that spam short message is hard to eliminated. Comparing to the two kinds of actions carried out by the telecom operators which control the spam short message through terminal and network respectively

a method cooperate the ability of terminal and service platform is proposed in the paper which control the port-to-point spam message by using digital signature. This method could identify and discard all portto-point spam message sent by fake base station on user’s terminal without affect the experience of the user.
