摘要

随着3G和4G网络建设的完善

为了降低2G网络的数据业务压力

提高3G/4G网络的使用

如何引导客户充分使用3G/4G网络成为市场经营的一个重点课题

而终端锁网用户的解锁工作就是其中一个重要组成部分。基于大数据分析理论

充分利用网络侧的CS域与PS域多个接口的信令数据

并联合规划、话单等话单数据

开展锁网终端模型的分析研究。另外本文还介绍了中山地市业务部门应用该模型在2013年精确定位3G/4G锁网用户用于实际解锁营销和终端更换营销中

所取得的良好营销效果。

Abstract

With the improvement of 3G/4G network construction

in order to reduce pressure on the 2G network data services

improve the use of 3G/4G network

how to guide customers to using the 3G/4G network is a key project for market management. And the work of unlocking the GSM locked terminal users to is one important component. This paper made full use of signal data from CS and PS

and jointed the boss data

researched a precise analysis model of GSM locked terminal user. This paper also introduced application of this model in Zhongshan city in marketing

with good marketing effect obtained.
