In view of the cellphone and network collaborative development that telecom operator concerns

this paper proposes a diagnosis system of users’ perception problem based on signaling. The system focuses on collection

statistics and analysis of cellphone signaling

and fi nds the reason of the fault. Applications show that it is the tool of signaling for supporting the cellphone and network cooperative development

and provides a feasible technique for improving network quality and customer perception. It can be further applied to the user perception problem diagnosis in the long-term evolution network.
