With the safety consciousness of society enhanced

the demand of governments and business companies on video surveillance is growing up rapidly. Although the solution is quite mature with pipeline resources meeting its demand

there is no suitable solutions for the tough circumstance without pipeline resources deployed such as dams and mountains. Due to the facts above

this paper studies the method using TDLTE technology to realize the video surveillance transmission

and fi nally gives a correspond solution based on TD-LTE.
