摘要

本文就SAE网络演进过程中核心网IP化组Pool对核心网工程操作风险管理中存在的问题

结合网络特点及网络管理、规划及施工维护经验

对组Pool后的各种新建、扩容及特殊操作

对网元分类、操作性质及成熟度进行量化评价及风险评估参数优化进行探讨

以指导工程操作过程中风险管理方案的合理制定。

Abstract

In this paper

the evolution of SAE network in the process of IP core network group Pool on the existing operational risk management core network engineering problem

the combination of network characteristics and network management

planning and construction and maintenance experience

for a variety of group Pool after the expansion and special operation

nature and quantitative evaluation and risk assessment of parameter optimization are discussed maturity on element classifi cation

exercises

to develop reasonable scheme of operational risk management process guidance in engineering.
