In order to build an unified data storage and analysis center

this paper has firstly proposed an improved meta-model of data resource sharing for information security

which is based on the shared information data model theory proposed by the new generation operations support systems in Tele Management Forum

and further built the information security data sharing and early warning system intended for business process

by applying e TOM model. It is proved that the system efficiently realizes the data resource sharing

saves the storage resource

realizes the association analysis and the special topic generation

improves the data resource dynamic scalability and lowers the new construction cost

which would not only improve the information security management and operation level of the telecom operators

but also provide a unified data framework foundation for the further information security system construction.
