随着当前电信业新一轮改革的深入推进

铁塔公司将承担着三家电信运营商全部新建基站及存量基站配套设施的运营维护

基站动环监控系统是基站基础设施运维的基础手段

如何建成适合铁塔公司运营又符合运营商需要的基站动环监控系统

是高效运营基站配套设施的关键所在。本文从铁塔公司基站运营的需求特点出发

对铁塔公司基站动环监控系统应具备的功能进行分析

提出了动环监控系统建设的模式建议。

Abstract

With the deepening of the new round of telecom industry reform

China Tower company will bear three telecom operators all new base station and stock base station facilities maintenance operations

The dynamic environment monitoring system is the basic method of the base station operation and maintenance. How to build a base station dynamic monitoring system which is suitable for the company’s operations and operators

is the key point for the China Tower company to operate the base station

In this paper

based on the characteristics of base station operation of the China Tower company

the function of the monitoring system of base station is analyzed

and the model of the construction of the dynamic monitoring system is put forward.
