单管塔检测安装固定装置的设计与优化
摘要
在单管塔结构动力特性测试试验中
测试数据的准确性和可靠性不仅决定于采集数据所用的传感器的自身性能的优劣
而且对于传感器的固定方式及其稳定性的要求也很高。以动力特性测试用传感器固定装置为研究对象
在满足测试使用要求的基础上利用Hyper Mesh有限元分析软件对该装置结构进行了建模和有限元分析
并对其结构尺寸进行了合理优化
然后通过Solidthinking Inspire对计算结果进行了拓扑优化
得出了理想的优化结果。最后
通过试验验证了仿真优化的可靠性和有效性。不仅保证了安装固定装置的质量和功能要求
而且缩短了设计周期
节约了制造成本。
Abstract
In single-pipe tower structure dynamic characteristic test
the accuracy and reliability of test data depends not only on a good performance of the sensor
but also the stability of fixing device of the sensor. With the sensor fixing device for dynamic characteristics test as the research object
firstly
getting the model and size optimization results by Hyper Mesh according to the requirements of the test. And then obtained the topology optimization results by Solidthinking Inspire. Finally
the reliability and validity of simulation has been proved by applying the result to the model. This design ensures the quality and function of fixed device requirements
shortens design cycle and saves the manufacturing cost effectively.
