摘要

本文通过对国家电网公司各级电力调度单位的调研分析

提出了目前电力调度交换网面临的问题;结合电力调度交换网实际情况

进行了技术体制论证分析;根据调度交换网实际需求

研究并提出了基于软交换技术的电力调度交换网总体演进方案设想。

Abstract

Through the investigation and study of the electric power dispatching companies at all levels of SGCC

this paper proposed the current problems of the dispatching exchange network; according to the actual situation of the dispatching exchange network

this paper do the analysis to the technical systems for evolution of dispatching exchange network; according to the actual demand of dispatching exchange network

the overall evolution scheme of the electric power dispatching exchange network based on soft switch technology is studied and proposed.
