从网络覆盖结构、容量、客户价值、潜在价值需求等多方面切入
进行规划站址的流量预测
实现基于价值的规划评估体系。
Abstract
To support the flowing planning requirements process
to provide the basis for the audit planning of base station and to reflect the construction value of planning
we use network data of Shaanxi province to simulate the score of BS’s planning. This paper considers network structure
network capacity
customer value
potential value needs and so on
and uses machine learning to predict the traffic of planning BS to achieve value-based planning evaluation system.
