In recent years

the government has focused on cloud computing as a new industry

and encouraged the development of cloud computing industry. But the problem is that with the rise of cloud computing in the government field

the research of government cloud operation and maintenance service management is still in the exploratory stage

and there is no uniform norms and models. This paper analyzes the change of IT operation and maintenance management mode brought to the government departments under the cloud computing environment

and combined with the ITIL concept

the government cloud operation and maintenance management program is discussed

the workflow and method of government cloud operation and maintenance management based on ITIL is proposed

and meaningful research has been made on the establishment of government cloud operation and maintenance management system.
