The Markoff stochastic process is the foundation of the establishment of the circuit domain business model. This paper fi rst expounds the theory and method of establishing the traffic model of the circuit domain model by Markov random process theory

and points out that this method is not suitable for the mobile data traffic scenario based on channel sharing. Then

describes the data traffic features of mobile cellular network

and puts forward a new data traffic model

this model is combined with the actual performance and the amount of users of communication network

and can obtain the optimal number of online users and the optimal throughput

which is very important for planning and optimization to mobile data traffic.
