This paper started up with introducing the 3 GPP standardization research work and industrial progress for 5 G technology. Then the author proposed 5 G network development strategy and early deployment scenarios according to network abilities of 5 G R15. She summed up the three elements concept of the 5 G design – scene design

network slicing design and the whole life cycle network design. In the end she focused on the key evolution suggestions of 5 G core network.
