摘要

本文提出了一种新型微机械电子系统

在精确控制谐振腔阵列参数的基础上通过石墨烯材料对探测信号进行吸收转换

除了实现传统的强度探测功能外

还能在可见光通信系统中实现对图片、视频、信号和光谱等多种形式信息的分析和处理

功能更为强大。

Abstract

In this paper

by using the precise controlof the parameters of the resonator array and the absorption and conversion of graphene to the measured signalby the micromechanicalelectronic system

in addition to the traditionalintensity detection

the analysis

processing and storage of various forms of information such as pictures

video

signals and spectra can be realized in the VLC system

and the function is more powerful.
