摘要

不限量套餐在拉高网络流量的同时也加剧了流量分布的不均衡性

使得网络容量资源与业务分布更加难以匹配。本文研究了不限量套餐历史发展规律并对未来趋势做出预测

然后从技术手段、价值评估、业务管控等角度提出了全面的容量保障策略

在缓解容量矛盾的同时尽量保障投资效益。

Abstract

The unlimited package not only increase the network traffi c

but also aggravates the imbalance of traffic distribution

making it more diffi cult to match the network capacity resources and service distribution. This paper studies the historical development of unlimited package and predicts the future trend. Then it puts forward a comprehensive capacity planning strategy from the perspective of technical means

value evaluation and service control

trying to alleviate the capacity contradiction and ensuring the investment benefit at the same time.
