摘要

本文针对铁塔公司成立后基站建设模式中存在的问题

提出了一种多运营商基站联合规划的模式。将铁塔公司工作前置到基站规划阶段

通过分析整合每家运营商建设需求

并提出整体解决方案。这种基站建设模式能够在满足各运营商需求的前提下

克服现有基站建设模式的不利因素

有效提高基站建设的效率。

Abstract

This paper pointed out the problem existing in the base station construction mode after the establishment of China Tower

and proposed a new mode of multiple-operator collaborative planning. In this new mode

the tower company will be involved in base station planning stage. The tower company should give an overall solution after analysis of every operator’s construction demand. This base station construction mode can overcome the disadvantages of existing mode and improve the ef?ciency of the base station construction

under the premise of meeting the demands of every operator.
