摘要

在影响VoLTE通话断续、单通及高掉话等问题的众多因素中

传输因素由于其隐蔽性较难定位。本文将无线侧的掉线率、分组丢失率等日常指标

结合S1链路释放统计、传输排查手段等对相关问题进行定位

以解决传输因素导致的一系列影响VoLTE用户感知的投诉

从而为网络维护、优化以及传输规划等工作提供参考。

Abstract

Among the many factors affecting VoLTE call interruption

single-pass and high drop-out

the transmission factor is difficult to locate because of its concealment. In order to solve a series of complaints that affect VoLTE users’ perception caused by transmission factors

this paper locates the related problems with routine indicators such as dropout rate and packet loss rate on the wireless side

combining with the statistics of S1 link release and transmission checking methods

so as to provide reference for network maintenance

optimization and transmission planning.
