In this paper

a new type of optical fiber cable junction box based on the monitoring and tracking of graphene is introduced. In the traditional optical cable joint box

only an integrated chip consisting of light coupling and electrical processing parts is added. The optical coupling part realizes the signal coupling and conversion of each optical fiber through the strong interaction of graphene and D shaped fiber

and the electrical processing part. The electrical signals are processed and monitored through the signal receiving module

the central control module

the information processing and storage module

the authentication module

the transceiver antenna module and the sensing module. Finally

the fine monitoring

reporting and tracking of the optical fiber in the optical cable of the transmission line（including the pipeline

tower and so on） is achieved.
