This paper briefly describes the principle of network video service and existing video service perception evaluation system

but with the emergence of new services such as short video

are introduced. The new method overcomes the impact of low accuracy of probe identification and inconsistent parameter settings of multi-streaming media providers on the evaluation system in the previous evaluation system

and more accurately and fairly evaluates video service perception.
