For the case where the abnormal paging of an operator’s individual eNode B does not respond
causing the congestion of all the eNodeBs in the TA where the eNode B is located
this paper combines the multiple principles of the paging principle
the paging storm formation process
and the paging capacity quantitative analysis of the LTE network. The optimal value and upper limit of the number of planned eNode Bs under TA are explored
which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the network scale.
