Abstract
Based on the analysis of the composition of TD-LTE uplink PRB resources and the analysis of resource occupancy
a large part of the uplink PRB resources of TD-LTE network is used for pre-scheduling overhead. According to the research on pre-scheduling mechanism and algorithm
a pre-scheduling scheme for sub-QCI bearers is proposed. The TD-LTE uplink resource constrained optimization method combines the network perception to analyze the optimization result
and obtains the applicable scope of the solution to reduce the network load under the premise of ensuring user perception.
