The urgent demand of LTE capacity pressure for bandwidth

the long tail effect of GSM off grid and the traditional static spectrum allocation mode lead to the contradiction between supply and demand of 900 MHz spectrum resources. The scheme of dynamic spectrum sharing based on heterogeneous network and its application and effect in low frequency are studied. The practice shows that under the condition of ensuring the quality of LTE and GSM network

the scheme makes use of the peak stagger gain brought by spectrum sharing

improves the frequency utilization ratio

and is feasible in network performance.
