China Mobile mainly carries out 5 G network construction based on the 2.6 GHz spectrum. Since the indoor and the macro base stations share 100 MHz spectrum resources
it affects the progress of 5G deployment and user perception improvement whether the problem of indoor and macro intra-frequency interference can be effectively resolved. In this paper
we propose a method how to quickly identify interfering cells by combining data modeling of 4G serving cell RSRP and neighboring cell RSRP
and finally obtain top indoor and macro 5G interference cells. Research analysis and test verification intuitively indicate that this method can quickly find and locate the problems of indoor and outdoor intrafrequency interference coverage and help to formulate network optimization measures.
