采用不同算法对隐私信息进行分级加密。医院各部门根据分层分级和按需获取的机制
从源头保护患者个人隐私信息的安全
同时不影响医院业务开展。本文针对当前的医疗信息系统只做最小程度改造
即可快速推广安全平台
最大限度保护患者个人隐私信息的泄露
进一步落实医疗数据不出院的基本数据安全原则。
Abstract
The 5G network architecture based on the mobile medical edge cloud physically separates the use and storage of patients’ personal private information. Different algorithms are used to encrypt private information. Each department of the hospital protects from the source according to a hierarchical and ondemand acquisition mechanism. The safety of patients’ personal privacy information does not affect the hospital’s business development. With minimal modification to the current medical information system
the security platform can be quickly promoted
the leakage of patients’ personal privacy information can be protected to the greatest extent
and the basic data security principle of medical data not discharged from the hospital can be further implemented.
