Abstract
The promotion of broadband user satisfaction now is the key for operators to seize market share.Based on the service quality GAP model
this article establishes the 5 GAP model of broadband network satisfaction for operators
and analyzes the root cause of the GAP. From the three dimensions of network quality
service process and user care
the article puts forward concrete solutions to fill the GAP and improve the satisfaction.
