针对架空光缆线路与电力线路合杆架设是否可行的问题
本文首先分析合杆架设后架空光缆净距是否满足通信行业规范强制性条款
接着分析合杆架设后镀锌钢绞线上产生的感应电流和感应电压是否低于电力行业规范规定的危险允许值
再分析架空光缆的金属构件产生的感应电压是否低于通信行业规范中规定的架空光缆外护套的安全测试电压
最后结合面向客户末端接入光缆要求和电力行业规范情况
提出架空光缆线路与电力线路合杆架设技术规范建议。
Abstract
Aiming at whether it is the question feasible to overhead optical cable line and power line join rod erection
fi rst analyzes whether the clear distance of the overhead optical cable after join rod erection meets the mandatory terms in the communication industry standard
then analyzes whether the induced current and induced voltage on galvanized steel wire are lower than the hazard allowable value stipulated power industry standard
and analyzes whether the induced voltage generated by the metal components of the overhead optical cable is lower than the safety test voltage of the outer sheath of the overhead optical cable stipulated in the communication industry standard
fi nally
the end of facing customer end access optical cable requirements and power industry standard
put forward to the technical specifi cation of erection of overhead optical cable line and power line joint rod.
