面对"局点分步广、产品多、敏捷交付"的建设背景

传统的项目管理模式已无法很好地匹配项目交付要求。本文结合移动云建设项目中的实际场景

将建设过程中用到的建设主体抽象化

通过建立数据模型

实现移动云软件集成项目建设过程的标准化和规范化

探索制定系统集成方案管理平台和产品自动化部署

推进移动云建设流程的标准化和敏捷化

着力解决移动云建设难点问题

为移动云建设得到高效推进提供了技术支撑和流程保障。

Abstract

With the increase of both product categories and cloud ecology

China Mobile Cloud is getting attention from all industries.We are running our contruction project in agile way on traditional project managment methodology

which is not a good match.Based on the real project scene of China Mobile Cloud

this article introduces the abstracting and establishing of data model used in construction process.Using 2sets of tools

low level design management system and general deployment platform

the standardization and agility of the whole process are fi nally realized.Both are solving problems in China Mobile Cloud construction projects.
