In this paper

we use prophet artificial intelligence algorithm to study and predict the phenomenon of "tide effect" in mobile communication network

and explore the role of network "tide effect" in optimizing network resource allocation and realizing network cost reduction and efficiency increase. Prophet artifi cial intelligence algorithm is a simple

effective and easy to implement artifi cial intelligence algorithm. This paper studies the "tidal effect" of network resource indicators such as PRB utilization rate of 4 G network

and predicts the change trend of these network resource indicators in the future

which is used to guide the current 4 G network capacity reduction

capacity expansion and 4 G/5 G power saving and energy saving

so as to optimize the network resource allocation and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing effi ciency.
