以及两种布置对微模块整体的框架结构系统和空调管路系统的影响。通过研究分析
两种列间空调的布置方式
对这种双层双联微模块的温度场和流速场整体影响不大
两者都能满足设计条件
达到冷却效果。采用列间空调相对布置的方式
虽然会带来微模块内列间空调支管管路弯头接口较多和管路稍微复杂的困扰
但是能够减少微模块底座框架结构的种类
增加可通用的底座数量
可减少微模方框架的生产周期
降低生产成本和施工难度
提高安装周期。
Abstract
In this paper
CFD simulation is used to study the difference of interlacing and relative arrangement of air conditioners in a double-layer and double-connected micro-module
and the influence of the two arrangements on the overall frame structure system and air conditioning piping system of the module. Through the research and analysis of the layout of the two kinds of inter row air conditioning
the overall impact on the temperature fi eld and fl ow fi eld of the double layer and double-connected micro module is small
both can meet the design conditions and achieve the cooling effect. So the relative arrangement of air conditioning between columns will bring the problems of more elbow joints of branch pipes and relatively complex pipelines in the air conditioner between columns in the micro module. However
it can reduce the types of micro module base frame structure and increase the number of universal bases
which can reduce the production cycle of micro module frame
reduce the production cost
reduce the construction diffi culty and improve the installation period.
