Abstract
This paper mainly studies the strategy adjustment model of anchor and non anchor in high-level coverage under NSA mode
analyzes the complaint and key performance indicators
optimizes the neighborhood between anchor and non anchor
and applies and promotes the algorithm. From the application effect
the algorithm effectively improves 5G terminal user experience in high-level coverage scenario
and improves the quality of wireless network in high-level scenario.
