In order to explore the influence that pulp black liquor does to coal water slurry combustion charac-teristics and ash melting characteristics，we did comparative analysis of pulping raw coal，coal water slurry，thecharacteristics of coal black liquor slurry combustion and ash sintering characteristics from micro and macro anglesndividually .The eXperlment Of mehlng G’haraG’terlstlG’s Of ash result shOWS that，the initial deformation tempera-ture， softening temperature，hemisphere temperature and flow temperature of coal black liquor slurry ash are all low-er than the corresponding temperature of common water coal slurry ash;through the comparative analysis of XRFand X ray diffraction test，we found out the cause of the lower melting point of black liquor coal slurry ash is thatthe ash sample contains a large amount of low-melting-point nepheline and anhydrous mirabilite，ete.
