Analysis of pipe burst is the main function of the water company maintaining pipeline network.Those analysis of pipe burst used by the current market exist some shortcomings such as algorithm is complex andfunction is single and it does not have versatility and so on，so it is difficult to provide the optimal solution of analy-sis of pipe burst. Based on the high quality data and according to the requirements of the system analysis of pipeburst，this article uses Geodatabase network to model the network data as the reasonable geometric networks andlogical networks. The network flow is displayed accurately. The algorithm of pipe burst analysis is optimized withthe expansion of the ARCGIS interface一DFS(Depth-First-Search).It also overcome the existing algorithms short-comings such as low efficiency and not accurate results of pipe burst analysis，eliminated the irrelevant valve andget the right economic scheme that which valve needed to be closed. The design scheme was applied to yunchengcity water supply system，getting a great success and displayed the advanced nature of the algorithm.
