摘要

采用顶部耔晶法生长了不同Li／Nb（Li／Nb=0．94，1．05，1．20and1．38）的Zr：Fe：LiN—bO3单晶．测试了Zr：Fe：LiNbO3晶体的分凝系数．实验结果表明，Li／Nb=1．38的Zr：Fe：LiNbO3晶体有的Zr离子分凝系数减少并趋于1，随着熔体中Li／Nb比增加，晶体Li／Nb比增加，结合LiNbO3晶体的占位机制和锂空位缺陷解释了这一实验结果．

1. 38 ） have been grown by Top Seeded Solution Growth method. The segregation coefficient of the Zr4 ＋ and Fe3＋ were measured. It can be derived from measurement made that the segregation coefficient of the Zr4＋o f Zr：Fe：LiNbO3 crystal decreased with increased Li/Nb ratios and its tend to 1. And that with the increase of Li/Nb mole ratios in the melts

the increases Li/Nb mole ratios in the crystals. The experimental results were analyzed based on the Li-va- cancy defect model.
