As is known by the photovoltaic properties of photovoltaic cell
with the change of light intensity and ambient temperature
the maximum power point of photovohaic systems has changed. In order to be capable of real- time monitoring and tracking of the maximum power point of photovoltaic systems
an method of improved sliding mode control is used to track the maximum power point. Based on the traditional sliding mode control
this method is designed by adding integral operation into the sliding mode surface
combining with exponential reaching law and the equivalent control. Finally
through the simulation we can find that
compared to traditional variable structure control
which reduces the steady-state error
make the system more stable
meanwhile it also has accelerated the tracking speed and shortened the tracking time by 0. 025 s.
