摘要

为了系统地探讨影响幼儿教师招聘的主要因素，依据模糊聚类分析和模糊综合评判原理，采用了模糊综合评判法和卡特尔16PF测试量表对各主要因素进行实证分析，得到了各因素影响的比重，利用专家经验法给出了合格应聘者的权重，通过与理想型进行比较，从而选拔出符合实际的优秀的幼儿教师。应用的结果对如何招聘全方位高素质的幼儿教师提供了一个可靠的理论依据，避免了传统招聘中对教师素质选聘的不全面。

in order to explore the mainfactors affecting the recuitment of kindergarten teachersuSethe methods of fuzzy clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation toempirical analysis on the main factors. Adopting the fuzzyscale makes an empirical analysis on the main factors，Wecomprehensive evaluation method and cattellget the proportion of the influence factors，themake an16 pf testresults onhow to recruit the omni-directional high-quality preschool teachers provides a reliable theoretical basis.
